Since all our Partnering workshops are tailored

can be included in the design of our Partnering

Depending upon the experience of the workshop

interviews, our customized workshop agendas will
include a variety of components selectively drawn
from the following list of workshop elements:

Personality and Personal Style Inventories
(example: DiSC, Meyers-Briggs, etc.)
Team Building Activities

Responsibility Matrix

Partnering Relationship
Development of Shared Vision, Mission,
Goals, and Objectives

(1) the needs of the workshop participants, and
(2) our client's overall Partnering objectives.
