Basic Elements of
the Partnering Process

Since all our Partnering workshops are tailored
to the unique needs of our clients, we offer a
wide range of facilitation tools and options that
can be included in the design of our Partnering
workshops.

Depending upon the experience of the workshop
participants, and the outcome of the pre-assessment
interviews, our customized workshop agendas will
include a variety of components selectively drawn
from the following list of workshop elements:
     Partnering Overview
Review of Partnering History and Values
     Partnering Expectations
     Full Value Contract
     Personality and Personal Style Inventories
	(example: DiSC, Meyers-Briggs, etc.)
     Team Building Activities
     Communication Skill Building
     Dialogue
     Development of a Communication and
	Responsibility Matrix
Discussion of Needs and Trust in a
	Partnering Relationship
     Development of Shared Vision, Mission,
	Goals, and Objectives
     Project and/or Issue Overview
     Discussion of Project Scope
     Force-field and Issue Analysis
     Scenario Planning
Schedule, Timeline and Critical Path Analysis
Review of Work Plans, Work Sequences and
	Work Processes
     Development of Practical "Action Plans"
     Identification of Partnering Champions
Development of Plans for On-Going Partnering
	Process Review
     Consensus Decision-Making and Negotiation
     Conflict and Issue Resolution
     Developing Performance Objectives and
	Success Indicators
Developing Plans for On-going Project Evaluation

     Celebration of Successes
     Written Workshop Evaluation

We work closely with each of our clients in designing
the workshop agendas and in selecting the Partnering
elements, in order to insure that each Partnering
process design will be well-suited to:
   (1) the needs of the workshop participants, and
   (2) our client's overall Partnering objectives.
